If you have a technical failure or you would like to request a repair please inform us as soon as possible.

Technical failures and repair requests

We make a distinction between non-urgent issues and urgent matters.

Non-urgent issues can be reported by email or through below stated form. Clearly state the nature of the complaint or the required repair. Don’t forget to give us your phone number so that either Vesting Vastgoed or the professional in charge can contact you. If you prefer to report your complaint by phone, you can contact us during working days between 10.00 and 15.00 hours on phone number 070 – 217 10 10.

We are reachable 24/7 in case of an emergency. What we understand under an emergency is:

  • No (hot) water (during weekends)
  • Malfunctioning of your heating system (especially during the winter)
  • Severe leakage, resulting in significant damage
  • Defect elevator (when no stairs available)

Property Maintenance

Maintenance of the property is important and also increases the living comfort. Mayor maintenance are for the account of the landlord and can be reported to us. Minor maintenance are in most cases for the account of the tenant.

Central heating system
When your central heating system has a technical failure you can often solve the problem by refilling or de-aerating the system. Both actions are for account of the tenant.

You have no warm water or the system is not heating up properly? Probably the water pressure of your heating system is too low. You can easily see this on the (mano) meter of your system. In case the pressure is right the meter will be in the green area, which is usually between 1 and 2 bar. In case your meter is in the red area (lower than 1 bar) you will have to refill your system. →De-aerating heater
Have you refilled your central heating system or was this not necessary but still your heaters aren’t heating up properly? Is the system or are the pipes ticking or making random bubbling sounds? In this case your system might be filled up with air. You can easily solve this by de-aerating your heaters. Click here to see how to do so.
