RULES AND CONDITIONS

• You will receive a confirmation, which is valid for 6 months. On your own request the registration can be extended.
• All the information received, will be handled in confidence.
• The undersigning of this form gives you no right on a allotment.
• A proof of income must be submitted.
• All applicants must sign a rental agreement which we will provided. Modifications may be requested.
• There are no rights connected to any promises made by word of mouth or in writing concerning rental of any object without written permission of the lessor. In this case we can not be held responsible for any information that has been given to us, and there can be no rights connected towards us or third parties, or anybody else.
• We help you find your home on a "no cure no pay" basis. If successful we charge you a onetime commission fee of one month of the monthly rent. excl. the due value tax (19%)
• After the rental agreement is signed, you are obligated to pay the month's rent concerned, the deposit and the commission mentioned in article 7, before the commenting date.
• If the undersigned decides to cancel a signed or verbal rental agreement, the undersigned must pay the month's rent concerned plus the commission mentioned in article 7 before the commenting date.
• We always have the right to refuse a registration.
• If the rental concerns real estate that will be used for company purposes we will charge a commission that is two times the month's rent. This amount will be raised with due value tax (19%).
• All applicants registration and personal data will be stored in the computer under the Law "Wet Persoons-registrat ie" (W.P.R.).
